Follow these steps

    Select what to remove

    Choose Eraser and click an added mark, or choose Select and press Delete for the selected annotation.

    Clear a whole session

    Click Clear All and choose the current page or all pages; clearing every page asks for confirmation. One Undo restores the set.

    Continue or download

    Add new marks if needed, then download. The source file and marks embedded in its original pages are untouched.

Can I restore a deleted mark?

Yes, use Undo. The editor keeps the last document on this device together with its edit history: after a reload choose Continue, and Undo still works. If Remember the last document is off in Settings, or the PDF has a password, a reload ends the session, so download first.
